I was doodling away on a project when my gaze turned to my computer, sitting in front of my bedroom window. It seemed that both screens had a lot in common. Each provide glimpses of the wider world and the adventures that await, with restricted views of course, as well as the promise of security and distance from the outside. Where one window feeds back measurable objectives and commands, the other is uncontrollable and sporadic, yet both are a means of forging paths ready to tackle reality.

Looking outwards
I was doodling away on a project when my gaze turned to my computer, sitting in front of my bedroom window. It seemed that both screens had a lot in common. Each provide glimpses of the wider world and the adventures that await, with restricted views of course, as well as the promise of security and distance from the outside. Where one window feeds back measurable objectives and commands, the other is uncontrollable and sporadic, yet both are a means of forging paths ready to tackle reality.
